250mm AC 31 Wall Tie is a masonry remedial wall tie for tying together two leaves of solid walls, where bricks are removed then replaced in the outer leaf. The wavy end is resin-bonded into the inner leaf in a 10mm Ø hole. The triangular end sits in the bed joint. Ancon AC 31 wall tie is supplied with a moveable neoprene o-ring that acts as a drip.
