Celotex EL3000 provides a quick and easy method of achieving effective thermal insulation in flat roofing structures. With coated glass tissue facings, EL3000 is manufactured from rigid Polyisocyanurate (PIR) using a blend of blowing agents that have zero ozone depletion potential (zero ODP) and a low global warming potential (GWP).

150mm Celotex EL3000 characteristics:
  • Is designed for use in a variety of flat roof systems
  • Achieves U-values with minimum thickness
  • Is strong and durable
  • Is rot proof
  • Is dimensionally stable and unaffected by temperature cycles
  • Is easy to cut and shape
  • Comes in a range of thicknesses from 50mm-150mm
  • Is available in 1200mm x 600mm board size (120mm  also available in 1200mm x 2400mm board size)
APPLICATION
The facers are suitable for bonding in the following lat roofing applications: 
 
Perforated facer:
  • Mastic asphalt
  • Bituminous built-up rooing systems
Unperforated facer:
  • Single-ply, fully adhered fat roof systems
  • Single-ply, mechanically fixed flat roof systems
  • Self-adhesive membranes
