120mm Celotex Crown-Bond is a brand new product for use in flat roof systems. Representing the next phase of Celotex innovation, Crown-Bond is a high performance rigid polyisocyanurate (PIR) insulation which delivers cutting edge thinness, increased dimensional stability and added robustness in a bonded single ply flat roofing system.

APPLICATION
  • Suitable to be used on fully sealed metal, timber and concrete decks,
  • Compatible with bonded single ply membranes,
  • Secured to the deck with fully bonded systems or thermally broken or mechanical fasteners,
  • 16-20 Suretwist fixings are needed per 1200x2400mm board depending on joist spacing for mechanical fixing.

  • Innovative composite facers on both sides,
  • Low lambda 0.022W/mK offering high thermal performance,
  • Suitable for bonded single ply membranes,
  • Excellent compressive strength, delivering increased dimensional stability and added robustness,
  • Suitable to be used on fully sealed metal, timber and concrete decks,
  • Secured to the deck with thermally broken or mechanical fasteners,
  • CFC/HCFC free with zero ODP and low GWP and CE marking compliance to BS EN 13165.
