Knauf Casiol Grund Primer - Mineral Calcium Silicate Primer - 12.5 litre bucket
Knauf Casiol Grund Primer is a ready‑to‑use, white‑pigmented, highly vapour‑permeable mineral calcium‑silicate primer designed to reduce the risk of lime efflorescence and to equalise suction on alkaline finishing renders before applying paint coats, particularly medium to intensive colour shades. Its mineral composition and silicate‑reactive behaviour ensure excellent compatibility with dispersion‑silicate paints, creating a stable, uniform substrate for high‑quality decorative finishes.
The primer regulates absorbency, improves surface uniformity and enhances the performance of subsequent coatings. Suitable for interior and exterior use, Casiol Grund can be applied by hand or machine and may be tinted to approximate shades from the Knauf ColorConcept selector.
Consumption: 73m2 / bucket
Note: The exact consumption can only be determined with a test application on the individual object.
