Its multi-layered composition provides excellent impact and airborne sound insulation, making it suitable for residential, commercial, healthcare, education, and leisure environments. Hush Panel CEM 37 comprises of 22mm High Density Cement Particle Chipboard with 10mm Hushfelt Resilient Layer and a 5mm Hush Barrier Mat. These layers are factory-bonded to create a single, easy-to-install unit, with an overall nominal thickness of 37mm. The Hush Panel CEM 37 helps in reducing nuisance noise, addressing impact sounds (like footsteps) and airborne sounds (such as speech or music). It is particularly effective in achieving the stringent acoustic targets required for separating floors.
