36mm PVC Foam Gasket for Timber Studs is a specialist protection layer designed for rainscreen cladding systems supported by a wooden subframe. Manufactured using high-quality PVC compounds, these gaskets serve as a critical barrier between the cladding panel and the timber batten. By providing a durable seal at every fixing point, these gaskets significantly extend the service life of timber-framed external wall systems.

Over several years, this moisture can soften the timber around the screw, leading to "fixing creep" or eventual failure.
