200mm Ancon Teplo-BF-2 Wall Tie is a smart black general purpose composite wall tie manufactured from pultruded basalt fibres with a thermal conductivity of 0.7 W/mK, which helps to prevent heat escape from the building. The Teplo-BF-2 has specialised moulded safety ends which offer improved buildability and mortar bond strength. The enhanced bond makes it ideal for use in slow drying lime mortars. The Teplo-BF-2 range is BBA approved and can be used in line with NHBC standards. This tie suitable for domestic and small commercial buildings. Suitable for flat sites where the basic wind speed is up to 31m/s and altitude  is not more than 150m above sea level. This tie can be used only up to 15m height. Recommended design embedment of the tie is between 62.5mm and 75mm in each leaf.
